Top Ten Garden DIYs

Good morning folks! I hope everyone's having a good weekend! I've been getting busy in the garden and I've  been looking for some inspiration on the trusty Pinterest. Here are the top ten Garden DIY projects that I've come across and that I'll be looking to try out soon!

1. The Recycled Pallet Strawberry Planter - I love that pallets can be recycled into all sorts of things. Strawberries are a very worthy cause for this versatile material! Crack on!

2. Potting Bench - A handy thing for all gardeners. At the moment I use a sort of make-shift plank across two logs. It does the job, but I would like something a little more substantial.

3. Vertical Hanging Herb Garden - I'm always looking for new ways to utilise space. Creating a vertical garden is something I've always wanted to try!

4. Breeze Block Raised Garden Bed - Using breeze blocks to create a raised bed is such a good idea because it means that you can always move it if you decide you want to put it somewhere else. Creating wooden sides makes it incredibly permanent and you have to live with your decision!

5. Recycled Window Mini Green House - I really really need a cold frame to bring on seedlings, and I have some old windows that I need to re-use. Ideal!

6. Bee Hotel - We all know I'm a big fan of wildlife gardening. Attracting more insects into your garden can only be a good thing.

7. Log Garden Path - Isn't this gorgeous? Such a beautiful alternative to a standard gravel or brick path. I would love to be able to try this!

8. Painted Rock Plant Markers- I have blogged about these before in an different round-up. But I really love them and I knew I had to include these in a DIY round-up!

9. Fairy House Plant Pot- Making little fairy gardens is actually quite a big thing now. I've always been a big fan of fairies (I actually have a fairy tattoo on my back, shhhh, don't tell FMIL) and I would really like to try out one of these cute little gardens.

10. Literary Garden Signs - now I'm not sure that Rick is going to let me do this, but I am a huge fan of books and this would amalgamate my love of books and my garden all into one! Yes please!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend friends!
