I don't think I've mentioned it before on this blog but one of my hobbies is crocheting. My friends and family often receive crochet items as gifts, I go through phases of being addicted to crochet and then ages of not even picking up a hook. Whatever phase I am in, I cannot walk past a yarn shop without popping in and giving everything a good grope.
If you follow me on pinterest then you'll know that I have lots of different crochet boards. Here are my five favourite crochet square patterns that you can get for free on the internet. I love squares because you can make one or two in an evening and work as quickly or as slowly on the blanket as you feel like.
