Link Round-up

So...is it May already?! Golly gosh where did that time go? It literally seems like only a few days ago that we bundled all our presents and an excited puppy into the boot for a nine hour drive down to Dorset for Christmas! And now it's May? Wow. May is an exciting month though because it's my Birthday. Yes that's right I am a Taurus, the sign of the bull. And I look after a herd of wild bulls for a living...guess that was fate! And also, we're getting married next year in May (I know right...eeek!). So soon (ish) we'll be sending out save the date cards so that all our friends and family from Dorset have time to plan holiday leave and accommodation.
And have we been having some crazy weather or what? So a few weeks ago, we had some gorgeous sunshine that sparked a lot of gardening, drinking cider and sun-bathing around Chillingham, and then it snowed. Yes that's right we had a few inches of snow on the ground. The few bluebells that had popped out started to shrink back in again in horror, and the lambs most definitely did not have a spring in their step!
But now it's sort of an in between stage where nothing knows what's going on really. Let's hope there'll be some warmer weather here to stay soon!
